WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INK AND TONER CARTRIDGES?
Ink cartridges are used in inkjet printers and contain liquid ink that is sprayed onto paper. Toner cartridges, on the other hand, are used in laser printers and contain a fine powder that is fused onto the paper using heat.
HOW DO I TROUBLESHOOT A HP PRINTER CARTRIDGE ERROR?
If you receive a printer cartridge error message, try removing and reinserting the cartridge, cleaning the contacts on the cartridge and printer, and making sure the cartridge is properly installed. If the error persists, try replacing the cartridge with a new cartridge.
