1. Fastway Courier Service:
We partner with Fastway to ensure your orders are delivered swiftly and safely to your doorstep.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.
2. PUDO Collection Service:
You can organize a PUDO service to collect your order from our premises and deliver it to your chosen store or location.
After placing your order online, let us know if you would like to use PUDO. Once your order is ready for collection, we will let you know.
Orders are typically ready for collection within 1-2 business days.
PUDO service costs vary based on the destination and service provider you choose. These charges are separate and payable directly to the PUDO service provider.
Additional Information:
Orders placed before 3 PM (local time) on business days will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
